About
Harmia is a small, independent studio for digital products: websites, mobile apps and AI features, designed and built with care for how the parts fit together.
The name
In ancient Greek, before harmonia meant musical harmony, it meant a joint: the place where a carpenter fits two pieces of wood together. In the Odyssey, Odysseus fastens the planks of his raft with these joints. Harmia comes from that root.
It describes the work well. A product is made of parts, design, code, AI and business goals, and it only holds up if they are joined well.
How we work
We keep the studio small on purpose. You work directly with the senior person who does the work, from the first conversation to launch and after.
Every project starts with a written scope and timeline. We choose technology for the problem, not for the portfolio, and everything we build is yours: the code, the accounts and the content.
