Challenge
ANFOK has been teaching photography in Antalya for years, and its website had grown along with it. Courses, trips, membership, a shop and a blog had been added over time on an aging theme, and finding the next course or how to enroll took more clicks than it should.
The club also had no clear picture of how people used the site: which courses drew interest, where visitors came from, and where they gave up.
Solution
Rather than rebuilding from scratch, we kept the club's content and moved the site to a new theme designed for education, then reworked it page by page.

- Blog and shop, brought into the same visual language
- Google Analytics, connected through Site Kit
Outcome
Visitors now reach a course, an upcoming trip or the membership page from the home page in a step or two, on phones as well as desktops. The club's team keeps managing courses and events in WordPress as before, without needing a developer for everyday updates.
With analytics in place, the club can see which courses and pages draw interest and plan new terms with that in mind.
