Challenge
A physiotherapy clinic runs on trust and on how easy it is to book. The clinic was known mostly by word of mouth, and the treatments it specializes in, such as GTOS therapy and SEAS scoliosis therapy, are not widely understood. People searching online had nowhere to read what these treatments involve, and booking meant calling during clinic hours.
The clinic needed a site that explains each treatment in plain language, works for Turkish and English speaking patients, and turns a visit into an appointment request with as little friction as possible.
Solution
The site presents the clinic's treatments (GTOS therapy, SEAS scoliosis therapy, therapeutic Pilates and medical massage) in Turkish and English, and keeps the way to an appointment one step away on every page.
- A page for each treatment, written for patients rather than specialists
- Appointment requests over WhatsApp and one-tap calling
- Map, address and opening hours
- Privacy and terms pages
Built with Next.js and Tailwind CSS and served from Cloudflare's network, it loads quickly on the mobile connections most patients use.
Outcome
Patients can read about a treatment, check the location and opening hours, and send an appointment request on WhatsApp in a few taps, at any time of day. Requests arrive on the channel the clinic already uses every day, so nothing new had to be learned on their side.
The clinic now has a clear, bilingual home for its practice that it can share with every patient.
